SYNOPSIS :
We go to the circus to see something go wrong. Deep down we all have this sadistic desire to see that man fall off the tight rope, the human cannonball miss the safety net, or a lion attack its tamer. The circus is not a fantasy world that people can run away to. On the contrary, the circus is where we all run to in order to bathe in our secret hopes and desires.
Featuring a cast of multi-disciplinary artists and DJs , NAROK (Thai: [นรก] hell; underworld) brings you visions of the party going on in hell. There, the best circus acts beg to please the eye, seduce the desires, and culminate with an eruption so large we have to crucify Satan to his bed. The big top is getting hot! Let it burn. Ashes to ashes. Hell has gone mad tonight!

ลึกๆในจิตใจของเรานั้น เต็มไปด้วยความปรารถนาวิปริต ตัณหาและอารมณ์ รอคอยการปลดปล่อย เปรียบเหมือนกับเวลาที่เราไปดูละครสัตว์ คนดูต่างจับจ้องการแสดงด้วยความหวังที่จะเห็นโศกอนาถกรรม ไม่ว่าจะเป็น นักกายกรรมตกจากเชือกสูง หรือสิงโตทำร้ายผู้ฝึก คณะละครสัตว์จึงไม่ใช่โลกแห่งจินตนาการอันสวยหรู แต่เป็นเหมือนภาพเสมือนของนรก ที่ซึ่งผู้คนเผาผลาญความอยากของตนเพื่อให้อยู่รอดกันในสังคมอุดมคติกันต่อไป
ร่วมแสดงโดยศิลปินจากหลายๆแขนง และดีเจ "NAROK" ([นรก] hell; underworld) นำทุกท่านไปพบกับปาร์ตี้ในอเวจี ซึ่งการแสดงคณะละครสัตว์ชั้นยอดจะมอบความรื่นรมย์ที่ยั่วยวนความปรารถนาของ ท่าน ให้คุกรุ่นจนซาตานจะต้องถูกตรึงกางเขนไว้บนเตียง! ไฟจะพวยพุ่งจนร้อนระอุขึ้นไปจนถึงยอดผืนผ้าใบ จงปล่อยให้มันเผาไม้จนวอดกลายเป็นเถ้าธุลี นี่คือคืนนรกแตก!

New City Collective ริเริ่มความต้องการที่จะได้เห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงในระดับที่ดีขึ้นของศิลปะการ แสดงในประเทศไทย เพราะตลอดมานั้นมีแต่การแสดงที่ซ้ำๆและจำเจเสนอให้แก่ท่านผู้ชม ถึงเวลาแล้วที่แหล่งรวมศิลปะในพื่นที่ต่างๆจะมีแต่ความตื่นแต้นท้าทายและ แปลกใหม่ New City Collective เป็นกลุ่มศิลปะหน้าใหม่ที่ได้เริ่มสะสมผลงานมาแล้ว 6 ชุดการแสดง และได้มีสมาชิกเข้าร่วมจำนวน 13 คนจาก 5 ประเทศต่างๆกัน ซึ่งกลุ่มของพวกเราจะเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างไม่หยุดยั้งเพื่อให้พรสวรรค์ของทุกคน ได้สร้างสิ่งเหนือความคาดหมาย ในนามของผู้ที่ร่วมตัวกัน เป็นหนึ่งเดียวที่หลากหลาย กับทัศนคติที่จะเขย่าวงการแสดงไทยไปในทิศทางใหม่ๆที่น่าสนใจต่อไป |
